oUR MISSION
Cementic is a biotech start-up founded in 2016. At Cementic, we develop innovative solutions based on the latest nano-biotechnologies to solve dental health issues with a new paradigm. Integration of biodegradable lipid nanoparticles to deliver a sustained release of antiseptic from a bone and dental biomaterial.
Cementic provides a strong antibacterial effect of the cement that fills the tooth and avoids post treatment infection.
Pre-clinical results show that our formulation kills 99.99% of resistant bacteria even after 14 days. The first market introduction is expected early 2026.
Cementic is working on a prototype to integrate its technology into bone fillers to reduce post surgical infection.

ABOUT US
Samir RADDI
CEO & CO FOUNDER
Dr. Samir RADDI is a dental surgeon and bioengineering researcher with extensive experience in the biotechnology field.
He is the inventor of Cementic technology. He followed a double degree in dental surgery and bioengineering research at Paris University and Arts et Métiers ParisTech. He also has pursued post-graduate training in oral surgery, periodontology, and implantology at Rothschild foundation hospital. At HEC business school, he pursued the program for innovative projects.
With a passion for research, Dr. RADDI has studied various topics, including stem cells, nanoparticles, and biomaterials.
Thierry CAUCHE
GENERAL MANAGER
With over three decades of experience, Thierry Cauche is an expert in the specific field of dental devices. His field experience was built through various sales and marketing functions, before rising to general management roles. Thierry is a product of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion, which he completed with an Executive MBA from HEC. His professional career has taken him to the United States and Italy, adding an international touch to his profile. He has worked for multinational companies in the dental sector, including Henry Schein, Dentsply-Sirona and Align Technology.
His entrepreneurial journey is marked by several successful fundraisings, reinforcing his reputation as a serial entrepreneur. Beyond his professional background, Thierry Cauche is passionate about sales force management. He regularly shares his ideas and experiences on this subject through his blog.
Away from the business world, Cauche is an amateur aviator and an avid tennis player. His evenings and weekends are often devoted to his passion for history and philosophy. In his personal life, Thierry shares his life with Valerie, with whom he has two daughters. Both young women are now fulfilling their own professional careers.
